What I think I was trying to express was that at this point only a founder lead company could make a comeback from this parlous position.
Yes the poor execution happened under his watch but he is best placed to understand the company at its core and to know what might work with what they have built so far.
If he gets another shot or shots on goal there is a chance he and only he can pull it out - the founder's journey.
No one else, no outsider has a chance in hell to turn this ship around
