i think the salary is comparable for an Executive based in America. however, the issuing of new options once the old ones lapsed certainly don't give investors confident particularly this has happened over a few times over the years. in addition, he has sold the shares of the company once he acquired them. As an investor, i guess we are looking some alignment of interest or at least some incentives for executive holding key positions. issuing this options doesn't seemed to incentivise them. operation wise i think he is rather competent based on the interview.
