Just my personal opinion, the acquisition of Delfin alone justified a market capitalization of over $100 million which roughly is three times the current of 6.2c which is near to the placement price of 20c.

There is a likely chance for Fitzhardinge to take on a bigger role in MAN. JD could move aside and remain a NED so that he can learn the ropes for his own future uses. With skin in the game shareholders are more confident with the direction the company is heading. Unless JA participates by purchasing some shares in the market, I am afraid his role in the company will be restricted because of lacking in personal involvement.

FFX wasn't travelling that well till the chairman and the other directors bought shares in the company. Suddenly they had regular announcements, road shows and other promotions so much that the share price multiplied. The company's share price, from a low of 5c approaches a dollar now. I am hopeful that MAN'S shares will do something similar. Instead of being pessimistic with the company I am optimistic now and for shareholders who don't realised the changes the company made will miss out on the benefits given due to the company's improvement.
