It is early days yet as we don't know the intention of current CEO. He could be accumulating or he may not. In general, the non believer or one who did not back his own judgment stand aside for the new leader who backed his own judgment and with his own money. Example, FFX has a good project going and in lithium. Both the management help developed the project but had no skin in the game. They eventually resigned. Alistair Cowden took over as executive chairman and Brendan Borg, Mark Hepburn, other directors bought shares in the company or increased their holdings. They appointed Macquarie Bank to help find a partner. Share price went from 5c to over $1.40.Gang Fang is now a 50% owner of the project and supply the capital to develop the project.

Either Allchurch commits himself and buy shares in the company or he will stand aside for Fitzhardinge to take over the running of the company. Whichever it is, I see MAN travelling in the right direction with the backing of the major shareholders and new shareholders coming in. Non believers would have left by now.

Once the due deligence is over, the placement price would be a thing of the past as the value of the company would be worth many times more than that. This is only my thoughts of what could be happening and there could be other scenarios. Whatever it is, I am more hopeful now and confident of the positive action of the company. I am holding on to my shares tightly.
