Is this form correct?
Before the change Mr Dennis held:
3,714,245 FPO's and
4, 216, 012 UPR's.
He disposes of the UPR's by converting them to FPO's for nil consideration....
(all fine so far....)
But he winds up with:
7,930, 257 FPO's (being the old number of shares plus the new shares issued from the converted UPR's on a 1:1 basis), and
4,216,012 UPR's (no change from what he originally had.
Surely, the number of UPR's after conversion is zero??
