Poor form - but not surprising. This guys salary with bonuses is outrageous given the company MC and the value he has added himself. To date the large armour manufacturing plant (still not functional) has generated no real revenue, let alone profit. The company is breaking even (that’s what I call a 300k profit from 40M turnover) from repeated capital raising and the single large drone contract. The drone contract was secured by his predecessor. So if you judge his performance based on what he has delivered you have a company with massive overheads without guaranteed future income. A very risky situation as all the eggs are in 1 basket. He should be showing some gratitude and exercising all SPP options as well as buying on the market...
