I am of the belief that announcement relates to the app revenue hurdle and all three directors took out the rights. 1.25m MF and 125k the other two, 1.5m total.
So I am now confident that this is MF exercising his rights in relation to the $1m cumulative profit in the USA, and we will see the other two exercising shortly.
To me this is a great sign, $1m gross profit already in the USA, as this IS in its infancy, and has massive potential!
