I could be wrong but I’m not sure exercise price vs vesting and/or FV at grant are more relevant for personal tax cost base….either way this first tranche with the low ball hurdle is done.

Next stop is the Americas GP vesting hurdle…another with a cumulative 1M GP target (which again is another pretty lowball case).

The one (kinda perverse I know) silver lining with where the SP is currently at is on the 2 SP based tranches…at the half way mark and vesting on these are looking more and more unattainable!! And as far as I know, vesting conditions should not have changed based on the cap raise….
