Dearlove sold 1.53m and Westferry picked up 2m between 18/1/22 and 31/8/22.
Annual Report says 76.3m on issue at 31/7/22 so if 4.309m shares changed hands over 3 days, that's 5.5% of the register.
Anyway, something must be wrong with the reported volumes or the 2m churned to a non substantial holder. Looks likely now.
DMX Capital's August report (with 1.38%) listed AFL as one for their major detractors and while they think the the worst is behind us (doesn't look like it) they didn't mention adding.
