re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... Pav, the problem with anyone having so much power is as follows:

1. They can negotiate to install more directors on the board. Prob offer another loan to secure that?
2. Can can push through the issuance of more shares using his votes and board allies. This will further dilute SH more and more.
3. He can then take up the rights to those shares and any shortfall.
4. Very quickly he can up his stake up to the 90% and buy out the remaining 10%.
5. Veto any genuine moves at steering the company is the right direction.

He is well and truly in control now.

This is simply a possible scenario that anyone could achieve. Not at all implying Chan would do this.
