You are correct 21c seems to be the price the seller will accept. Almost 3.5 million between Friday and now. I have changed my view and would suggest that the company enter the fray and buy @21c. If its a large holder, if they buy, say 5 million they could stop at some point - stops the impact of having to issue shares at this price as well.
