Totally correct I saw it as a support level order in that GC had been buying shares very regularly. You tell the broker to pull the order in a closed period and suddenly the Sargon event happens and OVH has 19% to sell and those shareholders who are astute (or more likely invested in both ) dump shares and the sleepy broker doesn't have time to react to what was an order 2c off the pace. Why would the CEO be buying when he knew that the Sargon 23 million were there to buy. The only problem for GC was that he could not even have a go at these cheap shares as they were even cheaper at 19c because of the closed period.
I am not suspicious at all and have invested in Diversa before where he was a director and I was unhappy when that got sold to OVH as I thought he had done a great job there. This stock got a bit out of alignment and I think under his leadership should slowly right itself. My sentiment , if I had one , would be hold. If mine gets to sell I normally sell.
