Me too, on the basis of 1) Weiss as chair, being an experienced hand. He didn't cut and run after the inquiry into the terrible accident or after COVID. 2) decisions made while he has been chair seem to have shareholders at front of the decision making, such as to send money back to shareholders after the sale of the US business, rather than waste it on acquisitions 3) the board all took a cut of fees after the sale, to reflect the smaller business 4) Management team all look motivated and keen 5) significant insider (and high net wealth) buyers 6) Dreamworld refresh looks great and hopefully less capex, no tax to pay for a while (~$138m???). Skypoint chugs along. Not sure about whitewater world - does that still run? 7) the land parcel....Which seems to be a mystery wrapped in DA bureaucracy, and about which the management team and publications seem tightlipped but positive.
