The AGO connection to Balla Balla is interesting. Particularly the 4% royalty on 1st 5.5Mt of Fe, then 1% on 35Mt as well as money for the Ilmenite/Titanium.
Lets say iron ore is $50USD T after gov't taxes & royalties so 4% is $2T or $11M followed up with 50c T for 36M or $18M + Ilmenite @ $200T 200kT is $1.6M + 1.2Mt @1% or $2.4M.

Royalties from Balla estimated around the $33M mark goes about 8% of the way to paying for Gina's $390M takeover of Atlas. More importantly we have another high net worth individual with almost a direct line to titano-magnetite resources which result in the production of Ti, V, Fe from the one resource.

This story almost writes itself.
