take a look at the top 20. Bradshaw Pty ltd, corporate trustee for the Garlick family is new to the list.
if you run a check on that, Aretha Acton is the sole director...
Given there was no notice for purchases made by this entity, I can only assume they're now divorced - otherwise you'd need to report it. So Geoff is now buying back shares from this entity for $6, hence this notice.
