DDR did do a cap raise where they issued a heap more shares and I think management also sold some to help.
They could also do what Pushpay did and do a share split. They have had 2 funds take up significant stakes since then. Kind of helped that founders have been selling out.
I dont mind that the free float is kind of small cause if someone really wants in then they are going to push the price high pretty quickly. The same could be said for the reverse though, however unlikely if Lev started selling down the share price would tank.
