I cant help wondering what the board of APZ have in mind, considering the cheeky bid for Eureka seems to have been blocked. ? Will the holder of the 19% ask for a higher price ? or they blocking the bid at Eureka boards request ?
How will APZ get out of the stock, if the T/O isnt successful and what are their options.
I have no doubts about the management or profitability of APZ and have a reasonable SH, but wondering if APZ has backed themselves into a corner regarding an exit strategy ?
