Chris possibly had more than he was able to hold without exceeding 20% .
It may be taken as a negative initially by the market however as the transaction was more than a week ago and at lower than the current price any reaction will probably be short lived. I believe it is the only time that Chris has sold any HAV. As Chris is paid a small sum for his work I am pleased to see him able to collect something extra for his efforts.

I am sure that the options would have gone to a HAV friendly investor.

I have never felt more positive about a stock than with HAV in its current stage of producing and finding ever more good grades.
