Yes, I saw the AGM video. Great initiative by HAV as there were some very interesting snippets in there. I think it also shows the company is interested in transparency. There's no requirement to put the AGM out there for the world to see (and permanently on the record) and very few ASX-listed companies do, yet they did.
As to the institution selling down, without going back to check, I'm not sure whether they're fully out or not. I think the video suggested they were, but volumes don't seem to be there the last few months for anyone wanting to sell 2.2 million on-market.
