Finexia Securities Limited (Finexia) has been appointed to act as agent on behalf of certain
existing shareholders of PPK who wish to increase their shareholding in PPKMEG
(Shareholders) following the capital reduction and in-specie dividend. The Shareholders who
have expressed an interest in purchasing further PPKMEG shares all comprise sophisticated
or professional investors.
We kindly ask that you please provide a copy of this letter to all PPKMEG shareholders.
Finexia asks such PPKMEG shareholders to contact us directly via [email protected]
before close of business on 30 June 2022 if they wish to express an interest in discussing the
above further. It would be helpful if any interested sellers could also advise us of their existing
shareholding and the amount of shares they may be willing to sell.
Depending on the level of interest we receive, we will contact the ‘prospective sellers’ directly
on behalf of the Shareholders.

PPK Group Limited (ASX Code: PPK) is pleased to announce that it intends to pay a special
dividend of $0.0281 per share, which will be fully satisfied by an in specie distribution of shares
in PPK Mining Equipment Group Limited (PPKMEG) (an unlisted public company).
The dividend would be paid along with a capital reduction of $0.1511 per share, if approved
by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting to be held later today.
As explained in the notice of meeting dated 29 April 2022, the combined effect of the above is
that shareholders on the record date will receive one share in PPKMEG for each share held
in PPK Group Limited. The record date for this special dividend is 6 June 2022.
The payment date for this special dividend is 29 June 2022.

So maybe another week or two?
