If it's anything like the Finexia offer to LIS shareholders 50 cents when IPO'd at 85 cents soon after, then u could expect a massive discount on the mining share offer price.
After all there is no market to sell into and they are just doing us a "favour".NOTE: the cosy relationship between Finexia, PPK and LIS management..Someone's got to get rich somehow.
