Support the share price maybe, showing a Director buying on market?
Last chance he has after all he has to make a show of support publically. Very strategic and a small price to pay. Seems to have worked.
No doubt would be very good for the millions of free 3c options he has.
My worry is he will convert those options and dump into a good share price, which could be now really.
