I think he would already be worth a fortune through iSEEK. The $60K salary would be peanuts, he can send it to me if he likes.
My main point being this guy is no slouch and knows what he is doing. He has the first hand experience scaling tech companies and he would have connections in the sector coming out of his ____.
There is no way he would put 300K of his own money on the line if it weren't for good reason. This makes his total holding 7,100,000 approximately, worth around $700K.
We are at a pivotal point here. Cross selling and scaling need to start otherwise this will fade away. The fact Jason has now put more of his personal money into the company gives me much more faith in the direction in which we will pivot.
