I would say this is oversold and presents good value. I am just waiting for the price to settle before averaging down.
People saying the company will become insolvent are wrong in my opinion. My calculations suggest VN8 will have sufficient cash flow once integration of the new businesses is complete. Obviously further acquisitions are not on the cards at the moment, but there is plenty to look forward to with cross selling.
