Fingers crossed on recruitment uptake and rate. There is a reasonably long list of inclusion/exclusion criteria. Probably comes down to motivation for a treatment that works versus hassle of a year of commuting to clinic and wheel-chairing once a week as a trial patient in something that might not work (in their opinion).

Not sure how the trial is being run. Are trial participants actively canvassed? Are they paid? Are any attending the clinic once a week anyway?

I expect there is a quicker recruitment rate at the start with diminishing rate thereafter. We only need to average 4-5 boys a clinic though. And Greater Manchester area (pop 2.8 mill) probably has around 50-60 DMD boys aged 10-17.
