Director buys $20k of stock - well start a party - THIS is a huge vote of confidence..........NOT!
What it is - is a lot of nonsense - see it for what it is - window dressing!
Non-executive directors are generally paid a lot less than $160k a year - so Ridder is hardly "underpaid".
Underpaid director buys $20k of stock to appease owner - wooohooo!
Just keeping his board spot secure maybe?
Anyway, I am still waiting for advice on how retail investors can short a stock?
In the case of Kogan, this might be difficult if it requires borrowing stock, given the amount of stock that Ruslan and David hold.
Anyway still curious.......if anyone knows?
