I am always wary of EBITDA measures especially when you have a business with high fixed costs (depreciation) and high debt (net interest). In these cases EBITDA is useful for comparison to other transport companies but as a stand alone measure is of limited use I find.
If they were to revise down EBITDA by 30% from here then profit would be zero...is it possible EBITDA could be revised down that much in the future??
but agree some form of a bounce looks possible. I think most of the bad news on Cootes must be out and next week trucks will start to return to the roads bringing possible good news?
