Good question Pharam, I have been tracking all Thorney Investment accounts over the last little while to find out which nominee company they use to hold stock prior to disclosure of +5% holding.

So, I joined the dots between CDY 33.3m placement and the holding was under UBS and confirmation that Thorney has UBS as a holding account + some other intel.

It’s very reassuring that a value fund and technology fund sit just below the 5% threshold.

FYI, I would guess that these funds took an allocation when Dennis Eck got his stock so they weren’t entirely diluted.
