I take your point - and agree the price paid is insignificant. However, I think it is more about the number of shares acquired rather than the price and, of course, the number of Options she is already holding and no doubt hoping to convert. If she manages to convert circa 700k of those options next year - then the Share Price will become a significant factor.
But there is no getting away from it Soud....in the finish, it inevitably comes back to the performance of the business.
