overall market has been a slow decline overall and plenty of scepticism over world events - bottom rung prices for ndpr - sovereign risk still applied (unfairly, imo) - acacia stuffing it up for all miners in tanzania for years, forcing tanz to rewrite their mining laws
knew a bloke a while back who did little FA or TA for trading but did heavily rely on directors' actions on where to place his $$ - didn't do too bad - pretty obvious what's going down at PEK
rest is up to the market
