i would hope so too, and is something about to drop.
it could be just retension shares...something exec like to award themselve, as a jusification for their prescence....other company exuc too...
if they leave the company earlier do they pay it back? nope.
less than a year 2mil? it chokes me to the core...
even if BRN was to drop and announcment... are KPI of this elk really in the ball park at this stage....
if we get those 200mill plus revenue streams then OK, and OK twice ..till then it is very painful to see. and remember there are many million to come for other, already well paid , staff.
reward the shareholders first, that is the best justificaiton and should be the only justification for reward to excutives or other already highly paid staff.
that is the best incentive and retension KPIs justifing rewards, is if the company makes heaps then you can too..but not till then...not on a promise that might be or is 5 years down the track.
still hope that 2mill is based on something...if folks can shift through the reason why in some hidden message in an announcement,
