it’s more of an observation… it’s an offload of shares no matter how you look at it.
brutal the tax laws and implications for the directors… I guess now knowing this we as an investor should expect a dump of around 45% of shares issued every time a director is issued shares.
whether you like it or not it is still a dump of shares on market.
