Everyone posting on this thread about free shares is absolutely clueless.
They are restricted class shares.
They're being "issued" to Sean but he can't convert them to ordinary shares until he meets KPI's set by the board.
He needs to meet the KPI's to get the shares....
It is no wonder Shareman et al get away with their crap on these threads. Most of the people on here doesn't even know what restricted shares are.
