the RSU have already been granted to him as part of his remuneration .
Sean can convert these RSU at anytime he sees fit to.
I wish and hope he is converting them now due to a great annuncement forthcoming soon....but history shows he will be selling close to half of these in the next week due to the paying of tax on these.
