it is sickening to me,
as i harp on many times, KPI T&C are set too low, making them millionaire on our coat tail, (hate dliches)
free shares should be based on profits, and revenue. not for keeping them at the trough, retension issue or other.
we need $200 revenue just to make ends balance.
what does the corporate ACT, and identify by another, and 2nd strike: of voting over 25% against play out, with 3 strikes, does the board have to quit....
but if os they will get more free share,
any of us owners get free shares for loyality?!
CEO get paid heaps, that should be enough return for a job not bonus after bonues for what
$200 mil revenue is the base line, ((at the bottom) of what needs to be.
