When the revenue will be $200 million sp will be at least $10 and then we will have another issue , too much money in incentives. But a matter of fact we have to compete in the market place and whether share holders like it or not we have to pay compensation as per market conditions. If you don't pay someone that means he/she will not work or start a side income stream at our expense.
