Mercedes is a DEAD deal for BRN. Get over it and stop pumping that clearly does NOT exist.
Either the tech didn't suit their needs or wasn't good enough or our "simple" CEO couldn't get the deal done, which is the only thing he has ever been good at....apologies, I forgot, he's also good at selling more than enough shares to cover the taxes on the free shares he is warded for achieving NO IP Deals and NO revenue.
