Manny, maybe. This thread is about Sean selling his shares. I still maintain if Tata was indeed close, old mate wouldn't be selling his shares. So all the NDA's are great. But this thread, is about Sean and shares. Dilution over the last 3 years has been huge. Sean did well selling his free (I mean performance????) shares. otherwise those first lot he got would have been diluted by what % by now?
He's allowed to sell his shares, of course, but that has never been my point. My point is I've heard him say at least 5 times in 2.5 years he's VERY confident that things are close.
But what he means to say is, I'm VERY confident I can sell these shares last year and this year because there is no short term revenue that is material. Again, nothing wrong with that, its just a market point of view.
Hey go TATA and all the NDA's, the list is so long that Sean is VERY confident.
