I hope the board does start to listen to shareholders.

So far they haven't, yet state that they do, simply in order to get through an AGM without too much fuss.

They continue to use loose language in order to assuage concern and to paint a bright picture. Examples include the comments from Hehir "we're really close" at the last AGM when, as I can only assume meant close to signing an IP agreement and issuing a ASX release to announce it to market and his last word soup that said "in the next couple of months things might become better for brainchip". Whatever both of those comments mean. They're happy to make these broad and loosely worded statements either to camera or verbally yet can't make an ASX release when they introduce a new product that, by definition, should create revenue and should be marked price sensitive. Wreaks of amateur hour at board level and projects itself further down the chain to the IR department.

I'm not saying categorically that the future is not bright because like every other shareholder I am in the dark as to the current status or the future prospects of the company.

I maintain the view that some new independent Australian based directors would be beneficial.
