    No hard and fast rule. See point 4.4 on page 9 in particular.

    Directors can buy on market at any time providing they are not aware of any information that hasn't been previously announced to the market.

    I find it interesting that HZR released an update on the 26th October and the Director started buying 26th, 27th, 28th. Obviously he is confident.
