Anyway I'm not debating about whether an announcement is due or not or whether there might be a deal on foot, I'm simply pointing out the Company has a Security Trading Policy that is quite clear about when key personnel can trade in the Company's securities. My reading of the policy tells me that if a deal was considered imminent then a "Closed Period" would be declared and regardless of anything else key personnel would be prohibited under the policy from trading the securities.

I hold a pooh load of oppies so I'm happy to be proved wrong!
