Director has been with company since Feb 2022 and from what I can see has bought on market a total of 3 times and all recently: 2nd Oct 2024, 29th Nov 2024 and yesterday…
in fairness SP hasn’t been this low before so maybe he sees shares at this price a bargain and is just taking advantage and accumulating (after all, that’s what I’ve been doing).
But if a takeover does come then yes, would probably stand to make a pretty penny on these purchases…
As I posted before, this seems a good buying/averaging down opportunity right now:
* price at all time lows * talks of takeover * forecast manganese prices expected to increase 2025 * if you look at the 10 year chart almost yearly there’s a price spike to make some good coin on, the next spike could be soon
