One thing i never liked before was that TRF was a major shareholder of IFE. TRFs votes were cast based on a meeting held by TRF directors that werent IFE directors (something like that), So just a few people were allowed to cast large % votes into IFE.
Meant normal shareholders didnt get much say.
TRF at least could be sent a message by normal shareholders (however large/small).
This new model therefore better, but yes the directors probably hold a large % of shares and hold sway - but I'd like that, they should have a lot of shares, and have serious skin in the game rather than drawn down salaries.
I didnt like Rob Mencels $400K salary and no shares....
All this off the top of my head - would have to scan through previous reports, quartalies, financials etc for better accuracy. DYOR.
