Yes - and over the past week we have been seeing strong buying interest on above average volumes. Should see this revisiting $1.00 before too long.
I would imaging the new CEO will have two points of focus - converting ASAP their development pipeline into actual transactions and to refinance the debt out from lockup (when they do refinance, it would not surprise if they elect to take the pain on closing out the interest rate hedge at the same time and then refix the interest rate at current attractive market rates for a long period).
I think the forthcoming AGM (17th Nov) will be interesting for further insight into their next steps. Indeed it would not surprise if they time a significant announcement on or around that date.
