I am not aware of any activity that justifies this largesse.
No additional royalty streams negotiated.
I would have welcomed some bottom-fishing to pick up mining leases others could be encouraged to explore.
The South Flank royalty is a superb quality asset, probably impossible to match. So get down and get dirty!
