No T/O offer was made. Just an "interested party" looking at PAC when the price was around $7.20. I doubt there was geniune prospective interest. All BS. Co-incidentally, the same Ord analyst who pumped BLA at $12.00 in 2018 authored the latest research on PAC. What a fckn talent.
