What we know to date, is that Cree Inc and Revasum have signed a preferred supplier agreement. And Cree Inc are going ahead with their $1B new plant. They need a lot of machines. I have posted an article earlier, Cree Inc CEO say the factory will be highly automated. Revasum are the only company in the world that make automated SiC machines.

Its not a matter of IF, but WHEN for Revasum.
