Interesting as one would think if any share purchase plan was on the horizon for shareholders he would need to hold onto the cash to finance this as a shareholder. Does this indicate they have an alternative plan to generate funds in the near term? Maybe some sort of licensing deal or collaboration? Either way great sign of confidence.
