highly unlikely that takeover would go through however seen one major shareholder selling shares in Hong Kong exchange yesterday…bit worried about 15% share holder selling…Yal has slightly low quality coal which is closer to the Russian coal hence apparently they are getting a premium. Disclosure I am in WHC, Nhc, Yal and small amount of Ter.
