With all the recent buying, the directors now have a fair bit of skin in the game. Many of these directors initially bought when the sp was much higher. Combined they own 74m shares or 13.5% of the total. They have bought 17m shares over the past few weeks.

Yeager was gifted 15m when the sp was around 44c, then had 10m performance rights vest in Oct '14 when the sp was around 20c. He recently bought 900k on market at 8c. He owns 25.9m shares

Lee Clarke's has made many purchases along the way including 2.5m at 49c in Nov '13. Recently he's bought 2.8m at 5 cents. He owns 23.3m shares

Camuglia has bought as high as 48c & recently bought close to 4m. He owns 17.2m shares

Roger Clarke recently bought 1.5m & has paid up to 59c in the past. He owns 7.5m shares

My point being, with the exception of Yeager, these directors have paid for their own shares and are all significantly in the red. Even Yeager probably considers his shares to be in the red, having them issued when the sp was 44c. It is certainly a vote of confidence seeing them outlay big sums of money to buy on market.

The management team (Selzer, Hinze, Mullican, Dhami etc) are not required to report their holdings, but no doubt have been loading up.

The Quarterly is due next week, hopefully there will be some updates or insights, the cash balance will not be great although they have used their operating cash to pay for these leases.
